Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
The item is returned in its original packaging
A return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
Proof of purchase is provided
Custom-made, special-order, or personalized products are non-refundable, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Custom or made-to-order apparatus
Clearance or final sale items
Products that have been installed, used, or altered
Accessories showing signs of wear or use
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a damage or defect claim, we may request:

Photos of the packaging
Order number and delivery details
Once verified, Legacy Reformers Pilates will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
