  • Custom-made or made-to-order products may require additional production time

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details

We work with reliable third-party shipping carriers to ensure safe delivery of our products.
Shipping method selection and carrier availability may vary depending on destination and product size.

Large or heavy apparatus may be shipped via freight or pallet delivery.


3. Shipping Rates

To ensure accurate shipping costs, please contact us and we’ll provide a shipping fee based on your destination.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary by location:

  • Domestic orders: 5–10 business days after dispatch

  • International orders: 7–21 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


5. International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected destinations.

Please note:

  • A signature may be required upon delivery

Legacy Reformers Pilates is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging
